In 2005, Gregg Bleakney was on the rise. He was crushing his job as a software executive.  At 30, he owned a beautiful home complete with white picket fence in North Seattle. He had a serious girlfriend. He drove a fast car. His sofa was black Italian leather. He had all the trappings of a successful life, but Gregg also had a secret.  Something he wasn't sharing with his boss, his family or friends, even his longtime girl friend.  It was an idea that was about to change his life.  Today, we present Ditch Logic. Evolving as a person isn't always pretty.

  • On episode 5 of my own podcast (www.allwhowander.us) before I discovered DD. I absolutely love it! One of my all time favorites! I realize it's possible to listen to archived shows but is it possible to somehow download them all (maybe by subscribing) as I did with the recent ones? Thanks for what you do!

  • First off, I love the dirtbag/ditch logo! I loved this edition especially because while on a recent trip to Patagonia, including many of the places that Gregg passes through, I met one guy biking from Albany, NY to Ushuia and other biking from Anchorage to the end of the earth. these guys had such a stoic, patient vibe to them.
They had been on the road for sooooo long and had such a simple yet proud mission ahead of them...I was def a little jealous!
